For IPL 2027, the BCCI has decided to bring the event back to India. The move follows concerns from franchises about the logistical difficulties involved in sending large auction delegations overseas for a mini-auction.
The IPL Governing Council considered these concerns while deciding to explore an Indian venue for the upcoming auction.
